After signing up for a tour or submitting an application, all school communication will be sent through the Brightwheel app.

Brightwheel is our primary platform for confirmations, updates, and administrative communication.

Please check your Brightwheel account regularly to stay informed.

While email is always available for support,

we do not manage school communication through social media or personal messaging

to ensure nothing is missed and all families receive consistent information.

Join Our Wagyumama Schoolhouse Community

We believe finding the right educational fit is important for both families and students. Our enrollment process helps ensure that our program is a good match for your child and that your family feels confident in joining our community.

Step 1: Schedule a Tour

We encourage families to visit the campus and bring their child whenever possible.

This gives you an opportunity to see our program in action, ask questions, and determine whether

Wagyumama Schoolhouse is a good fit for your family.

Step 2: Acceptance & Invitation to Enroll

After your tour, our team will review your application and determine whether our program is the right fit for your child.

If accepted, you will receive an invitation to create a Brightwheel account and complete the enrollment process.

Step 3: Complete Enrollment

Your child’s enrollment will be secured once all of the following have been completed:

• Online Registration Form

• Signed Waivers and Enrollment Documents

• Pay Annual Registration Fee

Step 4: Academic Placement Assessment

Once enrollment is complete, families will be asked to submit a diagnostic assessment

to help us determine appropriate academic placement.

We recommend either:

• IXL Diagnostic Assessment

• MAP Growth Assessment (available through the Step Up For Students EMA Marketplace and may be purchased using eligible scholarship funds)

Payment Information

Registration fees may be paid through Step Up For Students (including scholarship funds when eligible), Zelle, Venmo or Credit Card.

Venmo and Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Families paying out of pocket may later submit for reimbursement through Step Up For Students if eligible.

Please note there are no refunds, once you completed this process.

Payment is due in full at the time of registration.
All payments are non refundable.
No refunds will be offered under any circumstances.
