Step Up Scholarship Acceptance

 

We proudly accept Florida Step Up For Students scholarships, including:

    •    Personalized Education Program (PEP)

    •    Family Empowerment Scholarship – Unique Abilities (FES-UA)

 

These scholarships allow families to personalize their child’s education and may be used toward eligible tuition, educational programs, and approved services.

 

If you have questions about using Step Up funds with our program, we are happy to help guide you through the process.

Hybrid Registration Fee: (Core and Non Core Days)​ $500 (one-time annual, non-refundable) 

*Returning Students $250 Hybrid Registration

 

The registration fee secures your child’s enrollment and helps us maintain a safe, well-run, and high-quality learning environment.

 

The Registration Fee includes:

    •    ✔️ Administrative setup and enrollment processing

    •    ✔️ Background checks for all coaches and staff

    •    ✔️ CPR & First Aid certification for all coaches

    •    ✔️ Licensing, compliance, and safety documentation

    •    ✔️ Program planning, scheduling, and systems support

    •    ✔️ All Curriculum, Books and Supplies

 

This fee allows us to operate with integrity, professionalism, and a strong focus on student safety and care.

Wagyumama Schoolhouse runs on in alignment with The Walton County School Calendar.

 

 

What  Hybrid Tuition Covers

 

Our tuition is intentionally all-inclusive, so families know exactly what they are receiving.

 

Tuition includes:

    •    ✔️ Small-group, hands-on instruction

    •    ✔️ Certified, background-checked, CPR-trained coaches

    •    ✔️ Personalized learning support

    •    ✔️ All Curriculum books and planning and materials used during class

    •    ✔️ Outdoor and experiential learning activities

    •    ✔️ Nature-based and life-skills education

    •    ✔️ Ongoing program development and enrichment

    •    ✔️ Administrative oversight and family support

 

We believe in transparency, safety, and meaningful education, not hidden fees or surprise costs.

Elective Registration Fee: $50 (one-time annual, non-refundable)

Electives run daily Monday - Thursdays from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM

Students may participate in one or multiple electives during this block, depending on enrollment.

 

 

Our Elective Approach

 

Our electives are designed to complement core academics while giving students space to explore interests, build confidence, and develop real-world skills.

 

Our elective program emphasizes:

    •    Hands-on, experiential learning

    •    Small group instruction

    •    Skill-based and interest-driven classes

    •    Movement, creativity, and collaboration

    •    A calm, supportive, and engaging environment

 

Electives are intentionally structured to allow students to learn through doing whether that’s building, creating, moving, performing, or problem-solving, while being guided by caring, qualified coaches.

Summer Fun Ranch Learning Program 2026

 

June 1 – July 24, 2026

Ages: 5 years and up

 

 

Program Overview

 

Wagyumama Schoolhouse’s Summer Fun Ranch Learning Program is a hands-on, outdoor, experiential learning program designed for children who thrive through movement, creativity, nature, and real-life skill building.

 

This program blends ranch life, outdoor exploration, creative arts, and project-based learning in a nurturing, small-group environment. Children learn through doing—building confidence, responsibility, and curiosity while remaining deeply connected to the natural world.

 

This is not a traditional classroom.

It is childhood rooted in purpose.

 

 

Summer Program Hours

 

Monday – Friday

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

 

 

Program Dates

 

The Summer Fun Ranch Learning Program runs in weekly sessions from June through July:

    •    June 1 – June 5

    •    June 8 – June 12

    •    June 15 – June 19

    •    June 22 – June 26

    •    June 29 – July 3

    •    July 6 – July 10

    •    July 13 – July 17

    •    July 20 – July 24

 

 

Program Focus

 

Each week provides a balance of guided instruction and open-ended exploration, supporting both academic growth and personal development:

    •    Farm and ranch life

    •    Creative arts and expression

    •    Imaginative play and performance

    •    Animal care and responsibility

    •    Outdoor learning and water play

    •    Project-based, experiential learning

    •    Teamwork, confidence, and independence

 

All activities are age-appropriate and led by experienced, background-checked staff.

 

Tuition

    •    $300 per week

or

    •    $1,000 per month

 

Cash pay discounts may be available.

 

 

Registration

    •    $50 non-refundable registration fee required

    •    All registrations are final. No refunds.

Due to the nature of our program planning, staffing, and limited enrollment availability, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or changes in enrollment.
