Step Up Scholarship Acceptance

 

We proudly accept Florida Step Up For Students scholarships, including:

    •    FES-PEP Family Empowerment Scholarship - Personalized Education Program (PEP)

    •    Family Empowerment Scholarship –

Unique Abilities (FES-UA)

 

These scholarships allow families to personalize their child’s education and may be used toward eligible tuition, educational programs, and approved services.

 

If you have questions about using Step Up funds with our program,

we are happy to help guide you through the process.

Hybrid Registration Fee: (Core and Non Core Days)​ $500 (one-time annual, non-refundable) 

*Returning Students $250 Hybrid Registration

 

The registration fee secures your child’s enrollment and helps us maintain a safe, well-run, and high-quality learning environment.

 

The Registration Fee helps cover:

✔ Program planning, scheduling, and systems support

✔ Curriculum development and academic framework

✔ Coach training and professional development

✔ Administrative setup and enrollment processing

✔ Licensing, compliance, and safety documentation

This fee allows us to operate with integrity, professionalism, and a strong focus on student safety and care.

Wagyumama Schoolhouse runs on in alignment with The Walton County District School Calendar.

Our tuition is intentionally all-inclusive, so families know exactly what they are receiving.

We believe in transparency, safety, and meaningful education, not hidden fees or surprise costs.

ELECTIVE PROGRAM INFORMATION 

 

Elective Registration Fee: $50 (one-time annual, non-refundable)

Electives run daily Monday - Thursdays from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM

Elective Enrollment

 

    •    Electives are billed monthly and are not prorated for holidays, school closures, or student absences.

    •    Enrollment reserves your child’s spot for the semester.

    •    Elective themes may remain consistent, but projects, activities,

and specific content may change throughout the semester

based on student interests, seasonal opportunities, and program needs.

    •    Makeup classes are not provided for missed elective sessions.

Electives are designed as semester-long learning experiences.

While the general subject area may remain the same

(such as STEM, Trades & Engineering, Kids Kitchen, Self-Sufficiency, Kinder Camp, Art, or Entrepreneurship),

specific projects, activities, and topics may evolve throughout the semester based on student interests,

coach expertise, seasonal opportunities, and program needs.

Some Classes are capped for safety and quality, and enrollment is based on a first come first serve bases.

 

This approach allows us to provide a consistent learning pathway

while keeping classes engaging, hands-on, and responsive to students.

☀️ SUMMER PROGRAM

NO SCREENS • FARM FUN • HANDS-ON LEARNING

 

📍 Location:

Wagyumama Schoolhouse at Wagyumama Ranch

1414 Perkins Road, Laurel Hill, FL

 

🚨 Important:

All summer programming takes place at our Laurel Hill ranch location only.

There is no Freeport campus for summer.

 

 

🚌 Freeport Transportation Option (Optional):

We offer a 14-passenger van driven by our background-checked coaches for families coming from Freeport.

    •    Pickup: Exxon Gas Station (HWY 20, Freeport)

    •    Departure: 8:00 AM sharp

    •    Return: Approximately 3:00 PM

    •    Spots are limited

 

👉 If you would like your child to ride the van, you must complete the transportation sign-up form.

We’ve created a high-energy, outdoor, hands-on summer where kids move, build, explore, and grow on real land, with real experiences.

Important Communication Notice

 

After signing up for a tour or submitting an application, all school communication will be sent through the Brightwheel app.

 

Brightwheel is our primary platform for confirmations, updates, and administrative communication.

Please check your Brightwheel account regularly to stay informed.

 

While email is always available for support,

we do not manage school communication through social media or personal messaging

to ensure nothing is missed and all families receive consistent information.

Join Our Wagyumama Schoolhouse Community

 

We believe finding the right educational fit is important for both families and students. Our enrollment process helps ensure that our program is a good match for your child and that your family feels confident in joining our community.

 

Step 1: Schedule a Tour

 

We encourage families to visit the campus and bring their child whenever possible.

This gives you an opportunity to see our program in action, ask questions, and determine whether

Wagyumama Schoolhouse is a good fit for your family.

 

Step 2: Acceptance & Invitation to Enroll

 

After your tour, our team will review your application and determine whether our program is the right fit for your child.

If accepted, you will receive an invitation to create a Brightwheel account and complete the enrollment process.

 

Step 3: Complete Enrollment

 

Your child’s enrollment will be secured once all of the following have been completed:

 

• Online Registration Form

• Signed Waivers and Enrollment Documents

• Pay Annual Registration Fee

 

Step 4: Academic Placement Assessment

 

Once enrollment is complete, families will be asked to submit a diagnostic assessment

to help us determine appropriate academic placement.

We recommend either:

 

• IXL Diagnostic Assessment

• MAP Growth Assessment (available through the Step Up For Students EMA Marketplace and may be purchased using eligible scholarship funds)

 

Payment Information

 

Registration fees may be paid through Step Up For Students (including scholarship funds when eligible), Zelle, Venmo or Credit Card.

Venmo and Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Families paying out of pocket may later submit for reimbursement through Step Up For Students if eligible.

Please note there are no refunds, once you completed this process.

Payment is due in full at the time of registration.
All payments are non refundable.
No refunds will be offered under any circumstances.

Refund Policy: At Wagyumama Schoolhouse, all payments are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our program planning, staffing, and limited enrollment availability,

we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or changes in enrollment.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment to our community.
