Multi choice

Volunteer Survey

At Wagyumama Schoolhouse, we value service and teamwork. Therefore, we ask that you, as an Wagyumama Schoolhouse parent, complete this simple survey to let us know of the ways you and your family would be willing to help out when necessary. We love and appreciate all that you do already, so anything extra will be greatly appreciated by everyone in Wagyumama Schoolhouse, students and staff alike.

I can help with field trip rides. For example, I can pick students up from the schoolhouse and take them to their destination, and once the field trip is finished, I can take students back to the schoolhouse.
I can help as a field trip chaperone. For example, I can help monitor students as they travel to and from their destination, as well as help students stay with their group while at their field trips.
I can help with providing supplies for special projects. For example, if the students have an exciting science experiment coming up, I am willing to help with some of the supplies.
I can help out in the classroom if needed. For example, if the students have a certain lesson for the day that requires another adult, I am willing to help out.

Student Pledge

I promise to do my best to make mature and right decisions, holding myself accountable to an elite standard of integrity, hard work, and commitment to excellence. I promise to do my absolute best to understand and respect my personal responsibilities, my freedom of expression, my duty to serve others and my schoolhouse, and to exhibit proper care for properties and the environment in which I share with others. I pledge to do the best of my God-given abilities to live in peace and harmony with my fellow students at Wagyumama Schoolhouse our in-person and online community, and always respecting myself, others, and our traditional values and cultures.

3. Invoices will be sent out by the 1st of the month prior to the month in which they are due. Payments are due in full by the 15th of the month prior to the student’s attendance. For instance, if John is paying for his son’s October dues, then John will submit the full October payment by September 15th.

4. Program End Account Balances: Any remaining account balance, including but not limited to assessments for partially met volunteer requirements and any other fees that may be assessed, must be received by Wagyumama Schoolhouse on or before the end of the program timeline, unless special arrangements have been made in writing and signed by the Chief Executive Officer. Child(ren) will not be readmitted for another program timeline. If you have already enrolled your child(ren) for the next program timeline, the space(s) being reserved for them may be given to child(ren) on a waiting list.

5. Credit Card Payments: All credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge.

6. Withdrawal: If a student is withdrawn for any reason other than a request by Wagyumama Schoolhouse or mutual agreement, during the program timeline, a written and signed notice of withdrawal (with the date of withdrawal) must be received by Wagyumama Schoolhouse a minimum of 7 calendar days before the effective date of withdrawal. In connection with withdrawal, Tuition and Fees outlined on the Tuition and Fees Worksheet (including volunteer obligations) are owed to Wagyumama Schoolhouse on a “prorated” basis, using the same criteria as outlined in the “refund” policy below.

7. Late Fee: Any unpaid balance by the 1st of the current month will incur a $50 late fee. If an unpaid balance remains for 30 days, without prior arrangements with the CEO, Wagyumama Schoolhouse reserves the right to forfeit the student’s seat. Forfeited seats will be given to the next student on Wagyumama Schoolhouse waiting list.

8. Refunds: Within a reasonable time, and upon receipt of a “notice of withdrawal,” a refund of prepaid tuition will be made after allowing for sufficient time for funds to be received by Wagyumama Schoolhouse and to “clear” the remitter’s bank account. The refund will be based upon the duration of time left on the program timeline. If no notice is given, then the amount “earned” by the school will extend through the 7th calendar day beyond the child’s last date of attendance. Note: Any refunds given will not include registration fees, late fees, bounced check charges, etc.

9. When submitting a completed student enrollment packet, payment of a non-refundable registration fee is required. (Note: these registration fees are per student, not per family). The registration fee is non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to a denial of a student’s registration.
